Gate puzzle

From the letters you see here, can you make out the name of the establishment that this gate allows entry into?

    The building is Southern Railway Head Quartets next to Central Station. I dont remember the name of the building though.

    The building was designed by the British architect Robert Chisholm and was completed in 1922. It is located on Park Town Road in Chennai.
