About 357 years later, in 1996, she became Chennai. And whatever she may be called 385 years from now, she will always remain the "Queen of the Coromandel"!

Where's the bike?
That's a Rajdoot Yamaha RX-100, if I'm right. An old model - this bike is probably being overhauled ('overoiled') to be as good as almost-new!
My first bike was an RX 100 which I purchased from the employees quota. I used to work for Escorts JCB Limited (86-88). After that had a RD 350 a monster fuel guzzler which i sold it within few months unable to feed its enormous appetite for petrol!! Great bikes neverthless.

Is this a Rajdoot or a Yamaha? b'cos Rajdoot never had a 100cc to my knowledge and it was with Yamaha their stablemate ....
